International Tier-1 Banks: You analyze the functional and technical requirements of global financial institutions and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
Modeling & Analysis: You model processes, data flows, and system interactions to create the foundation for scalable solutions—contributing to the continuous evolution of our analysis and development workflows.
Greenfield & Innovation: You actively drive product development and process optimization with enough creative freedom to truly make an impact.
Knowledge Transfer: You act as the vital link, bringing external expert knowledge into the development team.
Purpose: You translate "business speak" into technical solutions, reducing friction and bringing two worlds together.
Challenger Mindset: You continuously and critically question the status quo to trigger real change and create sustainable value.

Banking is your home: You know the workflows, challenges, and opportunities of the financial industry first-hand.
Agile Experience: You have experience in analyzing and implementing requirements in an agile environment (e.g., User Stories, DevOps processes).
Tech-Savvy: IT is not a foreign language to you—you have a solid understanding of software development and enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT.
Analytical & Communicative: You possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and professionally.
Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English, both written and spoken.
Proactive Mindset: You work independently, are solution-oriented, and bring a natural "Challenger Mindset" to the table.
