Your mission

You create, update, and maintain technical documentation (manuals, fact sheets, release notes) and knowledge platforms in both German and English.
You convert content from development, QA, business analysis, and product management into clearly structured and user-friendly texts.
You ensure linguistic quality: terminology, style, and consistency are maintained in accordance with our style guide and glossary.
You are responsible for the timely updating and completion of all content, both before and after product releases.
You work closely with our Content & Knowledge Management team and actively contribute to the further development of processes, templates, and tools.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation strategy and further develop the use of AI-supported methods in a targeted manner.

You have a degree or completed vocational training with a technical or linguistic focus (e.g., Technical Writing, (Business) Informatics).
You have experience in creating technical documentation.
You have excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
You are proficient in using Markdown, CMS or knowledge management systems, and editorial tools.
You can formulate technical topics precisely, in a structured, and user-friendly manner.
You work independently, reliably, and in a structured way.
You have a solid understanding of and experience with the use of AI tools (e.g., for text processing, translation, quality assurance, terminology management, or automation).
