Your mission

Revenue Growth: You actively manage our existing customers with the clear goal of unlocking revenue potential through upselling and cross-selling.
Strategic Planning: You analyze customer profiles, identify gaps in current licensing, and develop concrete action plans for further growth.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention: You build long-term relationships, strengthen customer loyalty, and ensure measurable increases in satisfaction.
Sales Process Management: Together with our pre-sales team, you support the entire sales cycle through to closing.
Transparency: You carefully document your activities , maintain your deal pipeline, and reliably track your progress.

Communication Skills: You engage with stakeholders and decision makers at eye level and can confidently present in both German and English.
Negotiation Skills: You develop business cases and find creative ways to win customers and close deals.
Solution Orientation: You work pragmatically, with focus and enthusiasm, always aiming to achieve a successful deal together with the customer.
Stakeholder Management: You enjoy navigating different decision-making structures and bringing the right stakeholders to the table.
Interest: You have a genuine enthusiasm for the financial industry and capital markets – deep expertise is not required, but your willingness to learn and motivation are what count.
